Accounting Module Administrator level, via a dedicated read-only service account. We never request full admin access, and the account can be revoked the moment the report is delivered.

No. The Health Check is a standalone service — it's designed as an entry point for any Australian Odoo user, whether you're a new implementation 3–6 months post go-live or a business that's never had its Odoo accounting independently reviewed.

It's flagged Red in your report immediately, not held until final delivery. Anything time-critical — like a BAS mapping error — is escalated to you as soon as it's confirmed.

We'll follow up once, within 5 business days, with a specific recommendation based on your findings — not a generic pitch. If the data says you don't need anything further, we'll tell you that instead.
