We started WAO because we kept watching businesses implement Odoo properly, then hand their accounting to a firm that had never opened it. The mismatch was obvious — and as Odoo's footprint in Australia has grown from around 100 clients five years ago to over 2,500 today, the gap has only widened.

Dual-review sign-off
Every month-end close is prepared by a Senior Bookkeeper and signed off by a Reviewing Accountant. No report leaves without two sets of eyes.

All client financial data is hosted within Australia, with restricted, request-only admin access as standard policy.

The "No Surprises" billing rule
Out-of-scope work is always quoted and approved in writing before it starts. Investigation time that finds nothing wrong is absorbed by WAO, not billed.
